O'Reilly Squeak book?

Personally, I think that a multi-part book giving a decent foundation from
EToys to Smalltalk would be nice to have; but that might turn out a little
big...

BTW, I've already asked O'Reilly whether they're interested - we might as well
forge ahead ;-).
