I'm not sure why my 3.2gamma image had duplicate project names in it.  I
thought this was not possible, but the project hierarchy report showed I
had a problem.

Hence, this little utility.  Do a
Project renameDuplicates
and it will scan through your projects hierarchy and rename all
duplicates and then present a summary report.

Updated:  The instances where there were duplicate project names had the
following symptoms:
	project names and change set names were the same
	world was not the same
	This updated change set ensures that a new change set is created for
those duplicates.
	For example if 2 projects are found to be named (fun),
	only the second one gets a new change, empty, change set."!
