Smalltalk fileOut format, should be no problem to get it to work on Squeak. 
I think examples/Publish.st has most of the code needed. 

TeXinfo may not be your favorite format, but you'll get mostly anywhere from
it. I don't think there's a pressing need to reinvent this particular wheel :)
