How does this suggestion differ from Andreas's "alternativeWindowLook?"

Yes, well the list had one or two things like that snuck into it just
to see if anyone was paying attention ;-). Now let's see if anyone
else notices the other one or two, or however many it was,
eyebrow-raisers.
