In case you hadn't noticed, _every_ government seems to have been able
to find time to do dreadful things, no matter what political system they
are a part of. Arguing about the subject is a deep hole with no
perceptable bottom. Even debating organization of a Squeak foundation
gets absurdly hot and personal.
