How to bring EToys across - any info/outlines/guidelines?

I'm guessing the Univ. didn't want to field any more questions about a
non-Univ. project.  Until the new "gag order" notice came up, the Boxer
website said:

"A PC Boxer is in development. This is a non-University effort. However,
information about availability will be posted here as a courtesy. As of
March 2000, Boxer runs on PCs. However, it will not be generally distributed
until it has undergone a round of testing, debugging and improvement."
