Okay, time for a next step on the Squeak Swiki.  Uploads are now 
disabled without user authentication.  The username is "squeak" and the 
password is "viewpoints" (not particularly sophisticated).

Again, the strategy we're following here is the least fix to gain a 
reasonable response.  Locking the front page has resulted in nothing 
more being added there, but lots is getting uploaded elsewhere in the 
Swiki.  Let's see if this cuts down on that.
