[BUG] Install SqueakMap in 3.2.1

Göran,

Sorry, I misread the page on minnow. It said, "simply make sure you have a
new 3.2.1 image ". I assumed incorrectly that I had to have a new 3.2.1
image, and that the warning: "can only be installed in 3.2.1 or 3.4 alpha
(update 5104 or later)." implied that update 5104 needed to be applied to
3.4 alpha, not a new 3.2.1 image.
