[ANN] StarBrowser v4 on SqueakMap

Ned,

Thanks for all these explanations.

I was now able to load HTML file but once loaded, each action on the 
small blue arrow
or selection of parts of the HTML are very slow (2-10 seconds).

Do you see the same result on your system. ?
My HTML file is about 12 Ko.
