Thanks folks for all your help, it has been much appreciated and
useful.

Alas, there's still one more bug (that I know of so far!): After doing
the instructions in ReadMe.txt (briefly, doing inisqueak {not in the
directions actually, but AFAICT necessary}, running squeak, opening a
new morphic project, reading in ComSwiki.cs, etc.), the server
launches OK, but on viewing, there are no images.  I also can't get
anywhere but the admin tool.  I have tried to duplicate the swiki file
structure as found in the binary distro., but it doesn't seem to
help.  Any thoughts?  Is there a swiki list I should be sending this
query to instead, since it appears to be a squeak thing no longer?
