Suggestion to possibly solve this for both sides; make the category list
be a filtering operation rather than what it is right now. We have to do
a fake category to make the 'all' list and that has caused problems with
methods wrongly ending up in an 'all' category. If we could use the
category names as a filter on the entire list, maybe this would help.
Perhaps some methods might even reasonably belong in several
filtered-categories? Celeste seems to be able to do it well, so we have
the technology.
