Two questions re sqUnixDirectFB.c.
1. It would be good to know from which precise sqXWindow.c it was derived.
2. sqUnixDirectFB.c refers to sqaio.h (and a corresponding sqaio.c). Anybody
has  copies?
I am having one more go at putting a shrunk Squeak on memory-challenged
(i.e. 16Mb) x86 machines without X11.
