[BUG] CocoaSqueak 3.2.4 vmVersion returns empty string

Smalltalk vmVersion (which calls SystemAttribute 1004) returns an empty 
string in this VM.

It should at least return something that starts with 'Squeak' as its 
being used as a platform test in a lot of code.
