1. Google for sqfixes.
2. Click the SqFixes link.
3. Click the link to show all messages, rather than the most recent ones
only.
4. Do a find in the page for WinCE.  Repeat until you find a changeset
called "WinCE DOSFileDiredctory fix."

I can do this later, but that's how to find it... I can't do it at this
moment.
