Hi,

how can I set the window color for system browser, file browser etc.
as my private (and persistent) default (Win32) ? At "perferences"
section
there one can set window colors, but it seems it has no consequence when
starting a new system browser (or file browser or workspace...).
How does these preferences section work ?
