Folks,
Mike just sent me a pointer to http://www.regexps.com/#arch and reading
through it it appears that it might be much more worthwhile to use as a
backend for a distributed repository than CVS (or similar revision
control systems). In particular, the discussion at
http://www.regexps.com/linus.html sounded very much like what we'd be
interested in, e.g., rather than having a single centralized repository
we might look into decentralized "nodes" of some sort.
Has anyone had experience with arch?! Any thoughts in general about the
usefulness of the approach?!
Cheers,
- Andreas
