The Wiki is still very much in brainstorm stage. But if you click in
"Constutition", you'll find a whole array of links to open source foundations.
I think what's necessary in the very short term is that we incorporate
in a way that leaves the maximum amount of room open for shaping everything
around the entity itself - the decision making process (who gets to vote),
built-in inertia so we don't jump from left to right, etcetera. I'm not too
well versed in the rules of incorporation in (probably) Delaware, but in the
Netherlands it is possible to have a foundation with a sufficiently vague
enough set of rules that you can work from there (otoh, a Dutch foundation is
a distinctly non-democratic institution). 

It's probably time for the legal guru to speak up, but I heard Andrew is busy
- most likely in one or two weeks we'll have more specifics.
