They weren't obstacles to porting squeak, but they were obstacles to it
being worth the effort for exobox. Which meant exobox didn't do a great
deal of work on it which means we can only say it didn't seem promising
for our purposes. Something which was sadly true for many of the
contemporary devices; they were all pretty feeble.
