I just built a BC VM under windows and it also crashes.  I used the current 
SF code and VMMaker-3.2-release-5.4 in a 3.2gamma 4743 image, and built 
that successfully.  I then loaded the CCodeGeneratorEnhancements and the 
BCInterpreter changesets and built the BC3 VM.
