What port did you start it up on?

You can start it on port 80, or 8080, or 8081 (as I recall).

Try http://localhost:8080 or http://localhost:8081 as well.

Also try using your actual IP address instead of localhost:

http://192.168.1.1:80/ (or whatever your address and port # is)
