Changes direct gets/sets of 'bounds' into sends of #bounds and
#privateBounds:.  An example of when this might be useful is when where
a higher level system cares when a Morph's bounds change (I used it to
integrate Cassowary with Morphic).

For the selfish reason that it was a pain to bring this up to date from
a summer version, I urge harvesters to consider this changeset. 
Profiling shows that performance is virtually unchanged; the extra
flexibility comes essentially for free."!
