Same here. The buttons are set to respond on #startDrag; changing them to 
#buttonUp will fix it. You can do this from the menu, but here's probably an 
easier way that will do all of them:

(Flaps globalFlapTab: #Tools) referent submorphsDo: [ :ea | ea actWhen: 
#buttonUp ]
