This is just a registration mechanism which principle could apply to a lot
of things. 

I think that in nearly similar vein having an object responsible for
representing if the world is morph or a mvc would help remove all these
horrible Smalltalk at: #Morph everywhere. This was what john sarkela and the
ChainSaw band started to do in stable Squeak.
