Yup, and that's exactly what it should do. I operated my first BBS in '85, so 
I've been in this discussion "reply to list or reply to sender?" for quite a 
while :-), and the consensus - and therefore default setting of Mailman, our 
mailing list manager - is that reply-to-list is the least of two evils.

I think the only exception should be made for political/religuous/... lists 
where sensitive topics are discussed and accidentally sending a message 
destined for the list to a person is not as nearly as bad as accidentally 
sending a message destined for a single person to the list. But in general, 
reply-to-list makes sense.

(and it's non-negotiable, I really don't want to start that discussion again 
:-))
