I agree, Squeak is probably not the ideal tool for managing large amount of
data (~2GB). But, I 
really don't understand why you are saying that only applications like that
count as "practical 
use". (There are tons of practical (and even professional) applications that
deal with 10MB or 
less of data). So, did you really mean to say that or did you just choose
the wrong subject for 
your posting? ("Squeak practical use?")
