[BUG]Transcript in Morphic Subprojects broken on NT4.0

The bug that Steve reports occurs only if the new transcript is
obtained from the Tools flap; everything works correctly if you
obtain the transcript via any other means:
From the Objects tool
From open... transcript from the desktop menu
Via the desktop command-key-shortcut "cmd-t"
I have a fix for the erroneous Transcript-from-Tools-flap case, which
I'll publish shortly.
