No yet; while several people have expressed interest, no one has submitted.

When references to a Morph's manual entry are submitted as indicated in the
bold directions, a link will appear just above the "add to this page" box.
In this way, anyone wishing to add another manual entry has to scroll
through the list of existing entries.

Ah the wonders of swiki; yes, anyone can re-edit an existing entry. Also, if
anyone screws up, we can just as easily roll back changes.
