Is TestInterpreterPlugin a good name?

Definitely not! It was quite reasonable when Andy was initially 
implementing them but they really ought to have been renamed before going 
into the image. It's not too late!

For a suitable name, consider SmartInterpreter*  - since they add some 
useful smarts to the process.
