Hi all,

one thing that has me annoyed for a very long time now is the save is 
really save-as behavior in the file list. And, it also causes problems 
with file permissions on *ix systems, as you are always creating a new 
file with default permission instead of keeping the old one.

Opinions? Flames? Pointer to a hidden Preference?
