Hi folks:

Several months ago I set up a ComSwiki on an NT box and discovered that
images would be "randomly broken" when you view a page:

The solution was to use an updated VM with a socket fix; however, I had
to move the swiki to a newer (faster) machine.  When I did this, images
started getting randomly broken again.  I tried the latest Windows VM
and still no dice.

The machine is running Win2K...the old machine was running Win2K as well.
They both have service pack 2 installed.

Any ideas?
