[BUG] Scrolling in PluggableListMorph on Linux

Assuming you're using the same image on both platforms, I'm guessing it's a problem with events on the Linux VM you're using.  (I'm not sure which version of the VM you have.)  You may want to try a 3.0 versus 3.2 VM, etc.
