Is there any way in Squeak to show all the methods inherited by a class?  

In Visual Age Smalltalk this can be toggled and it makes it easier when 
debugging, to work out why things have happened.  The methods pane there 
shows the method name and from which class it is inherited.  Where a 
method occurs in a class and in one of its superclasses, both are shown.
