Ian Piumarta <ian.piumarta at inria.fr> sent a change-set SOP.1.cs:
X-scanner: scanned by Inflex 1.0.9 - (http://pldaniels.com/inflex/)
	Content-Type: TEXT/PLAIN; charset=US-ASCII; name="SOP.1.cs"
	Content-Transfer-Encoding: BASE64
	Content-ID: <Pine.OSF.4.21.0206100917450.25162 at tif.inria.fr>
	Content-Description: not very objective example
	Content-Disposition: attachment; filename="SOP.1.cs"

When unpacked, the file proved to contain no line terminators,
neither line feeds NOR carriage returns, in consequence of which
"file in" in Squeak 3.0.1 leads to "MessageNotUnderstood: !".

This isn't the first change set I've seen lately with no line
termination. What's going on?
