[BUG][EToy] "add new instance variable" is never canceled and script's "edit balloon help" cause error

Hi,

I found following problems of EToy(3.2gamma-4881).

The "add new instance variable" menu of a StandardViewer is never canceled.
It makes an instance variable named "a", if it is canceled.

The "edit balloon help" menu of a CategoryViewer for a script always
causes "UndefinedObjects are not indexable" error.

I attach the patch for these problem.
