You can get the preferences panel by opening the World
menu/Appearances.../Preferences...

You may have to destroy and recreate the flap to get the preference panel
back into the tools flap. I've forgotten exactly how to do this, but it's
been discussed on the mailing list before. You can search the archive at:

There have been a lot of changes between 3.0 and 3.2, some stuff may just
not carry over from the previous version. Hopes this help. I encourage you
to write up your experience on the Squeak Swiki when you come to the
completion of this little journey.
