[ENH] Morph path stepping

Hi there, here's a little improvement to the functionality of moving morphs along a path.

Background
Using E-Toys tiles you can instruct a morph to move along a path which you can define using the morph's menu 'extra's.../ draw new path', using the command tile 'followPath'.

Enhancement
The move along the path is performed atomically: you can't make two morphs follow their paths at the same time; first one will make its dance, then the other.
I've now added a command tile called 'stepOnPath' which uses the stepping mechanism for the move along the path. With this extension multiple morphs can move together, each following its own path.
