I deliberately did not at all touch change sets with the modules code. Otoh,
class renames have always seemed to make change sets go bananas and give
unintuitive and unpredictable results. I suggest you use separate change
sets, one with the changes, and another one with the rename.

Or can you verify that the same thing works in an older version?
