Here's a workaround: it presumes that your students can live with
"as is" screen grabs of pages of BookMorphs (but anything has to be better
than using PowerPain ;-) )

In your yellow button menu (pace, Lex!), click on preferences and copy and
paste this line in anywhere but at the bottom:

 aMenu add: 'capture image' target: Utilities action: #grabScreenAndSaveOnDisk. "Ned Konz tweak."			

You can now grab individual pages and save them to disk and print them out
using any image manipulation program (but the Gimp seems to be available for
all the platforms you mention for nowt) or stick them into documents made with
your favourite word processor.
