Sigh.  Not in any stock version.  This has to be the most freqeunt
feature people ask for.

Josh Gargus actually worked out some code to do this once upon a time. 
I didn't put it in Filtering Celeste because it degrades badly with
large mail databases.  But Josh later pointed out to me that, duh, this
would still be useful as a feature for people to try out Celeste: new
users won't have a big database and so it will perform fine for them.

(And incidentally, with a better index file, this scan could be made
fairly quick!)
