Whilst integrating a nice little extension for VMMaker that Andreas
contributed I found myself wondering if there is nicer progress
displayer that Utilities>informUserDuring: et al. Although that works
just fine in most respects (not in MVC unfortunately) it would be really
nice to have a nice polite 'Stop That!' button for when things drag on
a bit. Alt-. works, but it's hardly elegant.

Is there anything that does this? Anybody care to implement one?
