You have a few choices for arrows:

* you can use PolygonMorph, which has arrowhead provisions (open or closed, 
you can set the size)
* you can use SketchMorphs, which can be scaled (but not bent).
* you can use my Connectors (which haven't been released yet, but I'm working 
on them). These are (more or less) PolygonMorphs that stay attached to 
things, but they have the ability to have arbitrary shapes added as line 
endings.
