Building the VM (Win 32)

Well it might not be called "src\win32" - the download comes with a
directory structure that roots at version x.y.z (e.g., 3.2.1) and you
have to cd into this directory, e.g., "3.2.1\win32" (the documentation
is somewhat outdated here).

Oh, and of course the build instructions assume that you have downloaded
and extracted one of the source packages ;-)
