[VI4] Filing 3.2 changesets into VI4

Nope, this has nothing to do with Anthony - Connectors and Spaghetti
have some joint interests, those classes that want to inherit from Ned's
connectors classes are simply not complete, and shouldn't be used yet.

AFAICT, this doesn't stop one from loading the package. I expect it will
work say, this weekend or so. If you don't want to get the error in the
mean time, load Ned's Connectors.
