[BUG][3.4a][SqueakMap] I'm having to install SqueakMap 1.02 twice

Ok, try again. Now the current version is 1.03 (more or less = 1.0) and
it should be ok.
The reason it didn't "think" it got installed was in fact that the
postscript of the squeakmap package claimed to be of version 1.01
(forgot to change it - I knew it would bite me sometime).
