I'm not sure which "this" you're referring to.

There is a version of SARInstaller for 3.2, and there's a different 
one for 3.4a. Both are marked properly.

Note that no packages are marked as being compatible with 3.2.1, so if 
that's what you have, it's not surprising that you don't see it.
