Hello Mike, welcome to Squeak!  There is no single manual, but there are
many tutorials an such online.  Check out the documentation page at
squeak.org.  Also check out the swiki at
http://minnow.cc.gatech.edu/squeak, it is the main repository for Squeak
documentation and comments.  There are also a couple of Squeak books
published by Mark Guzial and others.  Do a search on Amazon.
