If you look at the downloaded information, you will see that it is the 
text of a "404" error message. You need to change the name of the 
download file on SqueakMap to:

http://www.iam.unibe.ch/~wuyts/StarBrowser/Squeak/starbrowser2.sar

It's registered (incorrectly) as:
http://www.iam.unibe.ch/~wuyts/StarBrowser/squeak/starbrowser2.sar

Notice the case difference in "Squeak".
