This is an incremental patch to be applied to OSProcess 3.0.2.

Adds Anthony Hannan's fix to Win32OSProcessPlugin (fixes incorrect
stack popping in #primitiveOneShot). Required for the VI4
BlockClosures VM with OSProcess on Windows operating systems.

This is for Win32 VM builders only. Windows users can download
a precompiled dll to use with thier existing OSProcess, and Unix
folks can ignore this patch.

A precompiled dll is attached along with the change set.
