Anyway, I have chosen for the GFD as the simplest thing that could
possibly work - hadn't I put anything up there, I would have gotten a
reaction about that as well. I am not the one who will provide most
of the content, so I'm not the one who will decide alone about the
license. If you have a proposal, please do so - in the Swiki's 'meta'
area, so that people who aren't following the Squeak ML can have their
go at it as well (it's a Smalltalk cookbook, after all ;-)).
