For those who are interested, I've just committed a new version of my DVS
packaging system. This has two major changes:

- The word Module has been replaced everywhere with Package, to reduce
possible confusion.
- You now create a new package by placing a subclass of PackageInfo into
the package's category, or into a -Info subcategory (ie, for the RB, you
could place the subclass either in 'Refactory' or in 'Refactory-Info').
There's no need to implement any methods, but by overriding the super's
methods you can control which methods and classes are grouped into the
package. This allows, for example, Ned's wish to allow short versions of
method category names.

I'll try to update the tutorial to match, as soon as I can. Meanwhile,
you can download a snapshot from
http://beta4.com/squeak/aubergines/source/DVS.st
or pull the source from CVS (sourceforge project 'seaside').

Please let me know how this works for you.
Cheers,
Avi
